After creating the Home Connection Planner and implementing it within their everyday practices, both Steph and Rachel began to see their production soar. In the past three years, Steph has 7x her business from $3 million in closed business to over $21million. After discussions on what both wished they would have known when they started in real estate, Steph and Rach agreed that as new industry professionals it would have been great to have structure and a starting point. While the planner is useful to all agents, it provides a great trajectory for new agents who are looking for a roadmap to building their business.
